Please note that vouchers from WellCard and Webhotels can only be redeemed for regular admissions. Additional services such as consumption in the restaurant or massages cannot be taken into account, and the purchase of in-house vouchers and the purchase of permanent media such as cash value cards or monthly passes is also excluded.

The benefits of the Styria Card can be redeemed with us once from April to the end of October, Monday to Friday. We are Steiermark Card Bonus Partner. By showing your Styria Card you will receive a one-off -30% discount on the Water World day ticket. Please note that all Styria Card holders must also show a photo ID (for children we also accept an e-card).

The Styria Card is not valid at weekends and on public holidays.

Access to the sauna world is possible from the age of 16. In addition to our various saunas, the Sauna World also has pools with a pleasantly warm temperature. The front part of the Sauna World, i.e. the area of the lotus bag pool including the gallery and the brine pool, is a mixed area and can be used both with and without swimwear. The rear area of the Sauna World, where all the indoor and outdoor saunas, the relaxation pool and the fireplace room are located, is a nude area. It goes without saying that you can move around there covered in a bathrobe or towel, but swimwear is not permitted in the pools and saunas. It is permitted to enter the sauna cabins covered with a kilt or sauna towel, but no swimwear may be worn underneath. It is important that a large sauna towel is spread out under the entire seating area so that no body parts are on the wood.

When purchasing a ticket for the Sauna World, the Water World is included.

You can use the parking facilities inside the barriers or park outside the barriers in the green zone.

Inside the barriers for day guests:

For day guests who only visit the Asia Spa, parking in the open area is free of charge. All you need to do is validate your parking ticket at the spa reception.

The parking garage is chargeable and costs € 1.20 per half hour or part thereof, daily rate € 18.00.

Inside the barriers for hotel guests:

Parking spaces are available directly in front of the hotel and in the hotel garage for a fee.

Garage/parking deck € 10,-/day or open-air parking lot € 8,-/day.

The parking facilities are operated and owned by Stadtwerke Leoben - please note the maximum entry height of 2.30 m.

The water world specializes mainly in families with children and sports enthusiasts. In addition to the spacious family and children's pools, there is also a 25 m sports pool, a dry playroom, a climbing wall at the edge of the pool, a parent-child room (nappy-changing room) and a textile family steam bath. There are also relaxation rooms in the gallery.

In contrast to a thermal spa, the water in the pools of the Asia Spa Leoben is not of thermal origin, but springs from the Hochschwab massif. According to the Styrian Therapeutic Products and Spas Act, the term thermal spa is protected and may only be used if the mineralized water has an outlet temperature of at least 20 degrees Celsius. At Asia Spa Leoben, the pools are heated up to 33 degrees Celsius.

We do not reserve sun loungers. From experience, we can say that if you arrive in the morning, there should still be enough free loungers available. On busy days such as long weekends, vacation periods or public holidays, we recommend arriving as early as possible, as our capacities are often already exhausted by midday on these days. To secure entry to the Asia Spa, you can buy a ticket in our online store. This entitles you to access in any case, but does not include a lounger reservation. So even if you have bought tickets in advance, we recommend that you arrive early to get a lounger.

When you buy a ticket for the Water World or Sauna World, you will receive a chip bracelet. This enables you to make cashless payments in our bistros. Consumptions made are booked onto the chip and charged at the spa reception when you leave the facility.

Hotel guests can also book consumptions on their chip bracelet and pay conveniently at check-out. Please check and sign all receipts.

Towels are available at our reception for a washing fee and must be returned to reception when leaving the facility.

Our hotel guests will find the linen they need for their spa visit in their room. A deposit is automatically paid for this. Wet sauna towels or bathrobes can be exchanged for fresh linen free of charge. This is possible at the spa reception, the sauna bar or at the hotel reception. The linen must be returned on check-out at the latest, and the deposit will be returned when the linen is returned.

The idea for the “Asia Spa Leoben” arose from the long-standing city partnership between Leoben and the Chinese city of Xuzhou (population 9 million). The intensive study of Chinese tradition and architecture, the principles of feng shui and cooperation with Chinese experts formed the basis for the success of this project to bring together Chinese and European architecture. After two years of planning and construction, a wellness and recreational landscape unique in Europe was created in the Leobner Au, on the site of the former outdoor pool. The Asia Spa Leoben owes its charm to the incorporation of Chinese architectural elements from the Ming Dynasty as well as its attractive location directly in a bend of the River Mur.

The aim of Asia Spa Leoben is to offer holistic well-being for young and old under one roof. In order to appeal to a broad target group, the facility was designed as a multifunctional spa complex. The structural separation of the water and sauna worlds allows the interests of families and sports enthusiasts to be combined with those of relaxation guests.

When you buy a ticket for the Water World or Sauna World, you will receive a chip wristband. You can choose a free locker in our changing rooms and lock it with the chip.

With our Aubadt tariff, it is not possible to use the locker using the chip provided. This only entitles you to check-in and check-out at the turnstile. However, you are welcome to take a locker with a €1 or €2 coin as a deposit in the first two rows of lockers in the changing room in front of our water world, subject to availability.

The Aubadtarif is our outdoor pool day or afternoon tariff. It only entitles you to use the outdoor pool. It is not possible to use a locker with a chip. However, you are welcome to take a locker with a €1 or €2 coin as a deposit in the first two rows of lockers in the changing room in front of our water world, subject to availability.

No cashless payment in the bistro - therefore only cash or card payment possible.

The Aubad tariff is available when the outdoor area opens (usually in mid-May) and is then available daily until the end of the Styrian school vacations. The opening hours of the Aubad are daily from 09:00 to 19:00 during the above-mentioned period.

A surcharge on the Water World day ticket is possible at the spa reception, subject to availability.

The Asia Spa offers the sauna landscape with the most creative ritual infusion program in Austria a pleasant atmosphere to relax and feel good. The sauna masters pamper their guests with up to 16 infusions a day and create an unforgettable atmosphere with events.

You are welcome to take your baby carriage into our water world. For reasons of hygiene, however, covers must be put on the wheels before passing through the wet area. These are available on request at the spa reception.

Hotel guests can reach us with their baby carriages via the bathrobe corridor. Someone on site will be happy to help you carry it up the stairs.

For our very young visitors, we have a parent-child room in the family area with breastfeeding and changing facilities, a dry playroom and a toddler pool with a panda slide. The Aubad also has a toddler pool with a slide.

In addition to the numerous options in the water world, children up to the age of 12 can also register for our Panda Club. Here the child receives free entry on the day of registration and a small welcome gift, regular Panda mail with news and free entry on every birthday.

Birthday parties at Asia Spa Leoben are all about fun in the water! Experience your own personal adventure with a variety of games on, in and under the water. There are three themes to choose from for children's birthday parties:

• Treasure hunt: a colorful treasure hunt at the bottom of the sea where you can let your creativity run wild.
• Voyage of discovery: dive into strange waters and discover special sea creatures and their companions.
• Water spirits: get to know the famous legend of the water sprite on the Erzberg and the many friends of the water spirit.
• Included services: free day admission for the birthday child (up to 15 years), five friends and one accompanying adult*
• Fun & games in the family area: depending on the theme, we provide games in and around the water for the duration of the birthday party
• Small surprise for the birthday child
• A colorfully set birthday table in the Asia Spa Bistro
• Children's menu for each child incl. fruit juice. Fruit juice

Would you like to attend a baby swimming course with your toddler? Would your child like to learn to swim? Or would you like to improve your child's swimming skills?

The Asia Spa Leoben offers swimming courses for babies and children from the age of 5. Every course focuses on the joy and fun of movement. The children not only learn how to swim, but also important rules for dealing with the element of water.

Baby swimming:

• From 2 to 12 months of age and from 12 to 24 months of age.
• Enjoy one of the most exciting experiences together with your baby. Discover the world of water together and have fun moving in the water! Baby swimming promotes mental and physical development. Movement in the water stimulates blood circulation and the cardiovascular system and trains lung function. The musculoskeletal system can also develop much better through baby swimming. At the same time, children become safer, more independent and have better motor skills. Of course, mom and dad can come along to baby swimming.
