24h cancellation

Plan your vacation safely & carefree. As something can always come up, we offer you the option of canceling or rebooking your stay free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.

In the underground parking garage of our hotel you will find e-charging stations from Energie Steiermark, which offer a charging capacity of 22 kWh. You can conveniently pay for use with all standard cards. The parking fee is not included.

As part of our half board, the 4-course evening menu of your choice in the STYRASIA restaurant is included. We would like to point out that it is not possible to change the dishes or combine them with dishes from the à la carte menu. All other orders, including à la carte dishes, will be charged separately.

 A dynamic menu awaits you at Feinschliff , which is regularly updated to offer variety and new culinary experiences. Combine four, five or six courses to suit your taste. On request, we can complement your menu with an excellently matched wine pairing that perfectly rounds off each dish.

The reception is open around the clock

We kindly ask you to be considerate to other guests. Our quiet time in the hallways and rooms starts from 10pm
